"After checking in and going up to our hotel we were shocked at the state of the room. We are used to budget travel but this was extreme. Unclean bedding as well as cigarette burns, the wifi did not work at all, and front desk was no help when we asked if it could be fixed. If it wasn't so late when we checked in we would have left right away, but being tired we spent one night and left early in the morning even though we had paid for two nights. "The property was in a great location with private beach and fabulous pool. The bungalow was wonderful and the bed sensational. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, there are lots of restaurants but only one open at night and it was ok but not a stand out. The shuttle into Nha Trang was good. The property needs a little updating but would recommend it to stay at. "
