Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below what I expected from a 5-star property. The room was not properly cleaned, and the towels and toilet paper were not replaced. The elevator and floors were also wet, which was both unpleasant and concerning. The management and front desk staff did not appear to be adequately trained to the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. There seemed to be a lack of organization, communication, and attention to detail. The spa was also not clean, which was especially disappointing given the level of service and cleanliness I expected from a luxury hotel. Overall, the management and service need significant improvement. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, I expected much better cleanliness, organization, professionalism, and customer service.

Clean room, convenience restaurants and staff is super helpful

It is one of the best resorts, friendly staff, clean room, you can get great pictures anywhere.

Great city/beach location….5 star hotel in the middle of it all across the street from the beach. Plenty of food and shopping options all around the property. Just walk around and explore the city or walk 3 minutes to the beach.
