"After checking in and going up to our hotel we were shocked at the state of the room. We are used to budget travel but this was extreme. Unclean bedding as well as cigarette burns, the wifi did not work at all, and front desk was no help when we asked if it could be fixed. The room was beautiful and large with a great view of ocean. I had one cleanliness issue with room and staff instantly dealt with it. Two blocks from the beach, everything you could need within walking distance.
