Holiday Family Gathering
The house is very well set up for large groups with several bedrooms downstairs and an efficient living area upstairs. suburban bushland with views of Jervis bay, lots of native wildlife. It is great to wake to the sounds of the many kookaburras. Minor annoyances were: 1. no/unclear advice that there are two accommodations sites on the property, parking was adequate but had friction with other tenants due to unclear policy on parking spaces; 2. water leak from skylight in main foyer, loose toilet seat and blocked drain in laundry shower.

a great way to end the school holidays
Clean and spacious and not too far from the beaches and town via car drive. Plenty of beds and a great outdoor space to relax in.

Great location, large and clearn
Great location, large and clean however really noisy floor boards upstairs and all movement can be heard in bedrooms downstairs. No air con down stairs. Apart from that would stay there again.

Nice stay
The property is great, room for lots of family, without feeling on top of each other. Using door code is a bit tricky as you cant see the numbers on the key pad. I do have a safety concern regarding the property, but will gives this feedback direct to the agent managing the property. This would not stop us staying there again however, but is something that needs fixing or caution advice given to people staying in the house. Overall a great stay.

Great house for a family holiday
The house was clean, well-maintained and well-equipped. There was plenty of space for the 3 generations of our family to relax.
