"Breakfast has a lot to be desired. We found that the scrambled eggs were less than appealing, pancakes and other hot items were tepid or cold. Staff was great."

Only annoying thing was when I asked the guy at the front desk about the restaurant, he confused me by not properly explaining that the restaurant wasn't within the hotel but a 5 min walk away. He gave directions to it that clearly seemed like he was stating it was within the hotel, leading me to walk around the hotel hallways totally lost. Included a free airport shuttle but you have to book it."

"Very clean, very nice. Good restaurant on the hotel, HUGE TV lol, and shuttle to airport runs every 30 minutes. Just be sure to reserve your shuttle spot ahead of time"

"We were really impressed by the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were. And that they had two vegan main dishes on their menu. Once we figured out how it worked, the Airport shuttle was very easy."

"The airport train was free and very easy to use to get to and from the airport terminal. I rented a room that had a large bathtub in it. The mixer valve for the tub was broken only scolded hot water would come out. The screws holding the glass shower door onto the hindges were loose allowing the door to shift when opened/closed. "
