"Easy check in, staff super nice and friendly. Breakfast: The staff were super nice even though the dining area was maxed out, they politely asked if other people sitting at bigger tables would allow me to join them at the table, which they agreed to. Food was hot and tasty. Thank you! "

"Rooms are very tight, there is no additional space to move or place your belongings, no hanger to hang items, beds are very narrow, as i fell of the bed 3 times. The bathroom are very tight, there are no hanger to hang your clothes or towels. Water pressure is low and shower doesn't work. "

"The room was great, during my stay my bed was freshly prepared for me. The bed was soft, warm and had that warm comfort feel. The bathroom was small, but clean, the shower was powerful and felt fresh. The amenities like the could have a better selection of choices of tv channels to watch. The following morning, the breakfast was an extra choice but had some good selection including a good cooked selection too.. The dinner was great too, with a deal of a trio of just 28 euros for a drink a large selection of entrees, the main course and dessert. The highlight of the evening was the reception staff, they were very welcoming and always made sure I enjoyed my stay. Also a big shout out to Nelson for the restaurant and his colleague I just loved his hosting and engagement with his customers. "

"Elevator should not require the use of your keycard when going down to the lobby. Bed tucked against the wall makes it difficult for the sleeper against the window to get off the bed without disturbing the other. IPad should have internet access to look up local restaurants, etc. Why limit the technology to lights, curtains and tv? IPad needs a case for easy handling and safety. Shower door is too close to sink making it difficult for 2 people to get ready at yge same time. Luggage area is supposed to be put in the drawer under bed? What if you have 2 guests? Cramped rooms for 2 guests. Also, toilet is the shower as well. No privacy if someone needs to shower while someone is sitting on the toilet!? I'd attach photos however this survey limits the size of the photo?"

"Three of us in one room for one night. The good: conveniently located next to train station at airport. Fun bar and lounge area. The bad: rollaway bed was the worst I have ever had. Not flat and bruised my thigh getting out of bed due to a metal bar that was in the way. The shower drain was plugged and it almost overflowed. I had to cut short my shower. No outlet for curling iron in bathroom. My wife had to do her hair in a semi crouch in the hallway. The usb ports next to the bed did not work."

"I recently stayed at an H4 Wyndham hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While I understand that occasional issues can happen during any stay, what really matters is how the staff handles them—and here, the reception team failed completely. During my stay, I experienced problems like the AC being far too hot and even a temporary lack of water. These things, while inconvenient, could have been manageable if handled professionally. Instead, the reception service was the worst part of my stay. I lost a significant amount of time waiting in long queues at reception, only to receive little to no help once I got there. One of the reception staff members (no one wears name tags, which already says a lot about accountability) was particularly rude and unhelpful. The team repeatedly made promises—such as fixing issues or calling me back—but never followed through. There seems to be a serious lack of communication between departments and an overall lack of willingness to assist guests. Calls to reception often went unanswered and when I did manage to speak to someone, nothing was resolved. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor level of customer service alone."
