"Very small room. Very thin mattress. The construction of the "second floor" on which you sleep doesn't feel much professional and a bit unsafe. The air gets stuffy very fast when sleeping because of the lack of space. The shared bathrooms were clean when we arrived but got absolutely disgusting by the second night with urine everywhere."

We didn’t try the food so can’t comment on that but it looked like they had a good selection at breakfast. If you like shopping, there’s plenty of high end shops nearby and easy access to public transport. One small complaint is that the room doors slam shut which can be annoying, especially at night. This isn’t great for people who have sensory issues around noise etc. Other than that, it’s an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay there again!"
