The 65 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Villard Reculas is a typical Oisans village with no high-rise buildings, nicknamed the Pearl of the Oisans. The chalet is located at the top of the village, at the foot of the slopes, close to the Villarais chairlift leading to the top of the Signal (a slope on the Alpe d'Huez ski area), with the possibility of returning by ski. Close to the village square and shops, the chalet is suitable for skiers and non-skiers alike. In summer, numerous hiking and trail trails leave from the chalet. There are plenty of activities to suit all ages and tastes: mountain biking or cycling (same height as Huez on the way up to Alpe d'Huez), climbing or via ferrata, white water, "route des savoirs-faire" (visit to local producers), visit to the goat farm, activities organized by the Tourist Office...
