  • Gite du Col Vert is a modern, comfortable detached house with 5 double bedrooms that can accommodate 10 people comfortably (160 m2). The house is bright and has beautiful mountain views all around. Gite du Col Vert has been awarded 4 stars and the label ‘Famille Plus’.

    This guarantees the quality of the gite, and its suitability for families with children.

    Large integral garage with with automatic door + canopy. Entrance hall with storage area.

    First floor:

    Large open plan living area with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave etc). Access from living area to large garden with 2 terraces via french doors. Double bedroom with double bed and french doors opening into the garden. Toilet with wash basin.

    Second floor:

    Four double bedrooms (2x twin beds, 2x double beds), large bathroom with shower, second bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet.

    External:

    Large garden with 2 terraces to enjoy the sunshine and views throughout the day.

Quelques jours en famille avec balade sur les chemmins autour de Villars de Lans et repas sur la terrasse face aux montagnes. Nous y retournerons !

Semaine en famille à Villard de Lans

Séjour du 5 au 12 août. Maison parfaitement située dans les hauteurs et au calme. Idéal pour séjour familial (8 adultes et 1 enfant de 2 ans). Bon équipement. Hôtes accueillants et bienveillants soucieux de notre confort. A recommander sans modération.

Très bonne semaine réunissant 3 familles (6 adults-2 jeunes ados-2 petites filles). Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle, propre, équipement parfait, bien chauffée. Le manque de neige était décevant pour les petites (pas de luge ni ski autour de la maison) mais le ski à la Cote 2000 était très agréable. Bonne station bien organisée, passage à Corençon facile. Merci pour ce bon séjour!

Gîte idéal pour fêter Noël en famille

Gîte spacieux et idéalement placé au départ de chemin de ballades (juste après la terrasse). Le centre du village est accessible à pied (tous les matins à tour de rôle on est allé chercher le pain frais). Communication avec la propriétaire très fluide et agréable. Les enfants ont adoré la table de ping-pong dans le garage, après les journées au ski. Pleins d’activités dans le village: piscine, patinoire, bowling… Gîte idéal pour séjour en famille

La maison est d'un bon standing, située sur la périphérie de la ville, tout en restant à portée de main du centre ville. (Pour ceux qui préfèreraient s'y rendre en voiture, un parking gratuit est à disposition à proximité du centre) Nous avons passé un séjour agréable. N'hésitez pas à louer cette maison.

Agréable, mais perfectible

Belle propriété, très adaptée pour des vacances avec de nombreuses personnes, assez proche du centre de Villars de Lans. Nous étions 10 et avons cohabité sans se gêner, chacun pouvant faire ce qui lui plait. Un grand séjour et 2 terrasses permettent de se retrouver tous ensemble. La propreté et l'entretien général de la maison est correcte mais perfectible

Excellentes vacances sportives à Villard-de-Lans.

Situé à proximité des sentiers pédestres et VTT et du centre village, le chalet nous a permis d'accéder facilement à toutes nos activités. Les 5 chambres, les deux salles de bain, le vaste séjour confortable, la cuisine bien aménagée et très pratique, les deux terrasses, le grand congélateur etc... nous ont permis de passer l'excellents moments entre amis. Parfait pour le rapport qualité/prix. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Très beau gîte et très belle vue

Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans ce gîte propre et bien entretenu. Tout le nécessaire y est (lit bébé, chaise haute, lave et sèche linge, lave vaisselle...) La personne qui nous a accueillie a été très agréable. Vue sans vis à vis et à côté de chemin pédestres (proche d'une cascade) possibilité de retour au gîte par les pistes (pas le départ, bus ou voiture nécessaire). Les chiens ont été accepté sans questions. Maison à étages mais les escaliers sont large. Je recommande ce gîte fortement merci aux propriétaires, bonne continuation.

Beau chalet

Nous étions 6 adultes à l'aise dans ce grand chalet bien agencé, meublé avec gout et qualité. Belles promenades au pied de la maison, situation idéale pour visiter le Vercors peu de km à faire en voiture. Contact et accueil chaleureux. Merci à la famille Parmentier !

Cette maison est juste parfaite pour passer de bons moments en famille ou entre amis. Elle est très bien équipée: il ne manque rien. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Rien à redire.
