Furnished 4-person apartment in a typical vercors house

Paul and Monique welcome you to the 2nd floor of their mountain home. In a preserved environment at the Hameau des Pouteils (alt 1100m) at the foot of the slopes (5 min walk).
The free shuttles (stop next to the house) will allow you to get to the slopes and the village.
During the summer season a multitude of paths, hikes will lead you to the Cornafion, Pic St Michel, to the great crossing of the Vercors or even to the mythical flycatcher.
2nd trail station with signposted route.
A stone's throw from where you live, the village of Villard will meet many of your expectations.
Supermarket, Cheese dairy, market on Wednesday and Sunday.

Propriétaire a l'écoute. Logement tres fonctionnelle. Tout y est pour cuisiner. Logement propre.Emplacement parfait soit pour skier soit pour randonner. Nous avons combiné les deux. Nous avons passé un agréable sejour.Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Villard de Lans. Super gîte, pour toute la famille. A 5min en voiture du centre, et quelques départ de balades du gîte, 30min à pied du centre. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leurs conseils de balades avec les enfants ☺️. Bonne continuation

Logement spacieux

L'appartement est grand (donc confortable pour une famille) et on peut se garer juste à côté. Au 2e étage. C'etait propre, les lits étaient faits à l'arrivée et confortables. Il y a 10min de marche en montée pour etre au pied des remontées mécaniques. Avec le materiel, c'est un peu loin, mais il y a une navette a proximité (faut pas la louper !) Les hôtes, qui habitent au 1er etage, sont très gentils.

Séjour villard de lans

Il n'y a pas 3 chambres mais seulement 2 plus le séjour. Le canapé lit du séjour est beaucoup trop inconfortable pour dormir dessus... Pas de couettes mais de vieilles couvertures. Draps tâchés, vieille éponge dans la cuisine... Lieu idéal mais logement pas très agréable. Ça fait l'affaire pour une nuit mais pas plus..

Appartement accueillant et bien placé

Ambiance montagne assurée dans ce grand appartement confortable pour 4 personnes. Bons équipements (dont lave vaisselle, très pratique pour une famille) et literie confortable, nous avons apprécié que les draps soient fournis. Il y a un local pour entreposer skis, vélos ou autre.... Monique et son mari sont très accueillants et sympathiques. L'environnement est magnifique, il y a des départs de balade à côté de la maison, et tout proche, la télécabine. Un peu bruyant fenêtres ouvertes car la maison est située dans un virage de la route.

Séjour à Villard de Lans

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Monique et Paul, que nous remercions pour leur réactivité. Le cadre est calme, le logement offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes du Vercors, il est bien chauffé. Le salon est convivial et fonctionnel, le mobilier est de bonne qualité. Il y a de la place pour se garer, le hameau est extrêmement paisible et ressourçant. Il y a un sentier de promenade directement non loin du quartier accessible immédiatement à pied.

Près des pistes dans un vrai chalet !

Excellent accueil des propriétaires, accès indépendant et isolé. Le logement propose tout le confort nécessaire et sa localisation à 5mn à pied des pistes est un vrai plus. La navette s'arrête au bout de la rue pour aller dans le village. Nous recommandons !

Les géraniums présents sur la photo ne sont pas présents. Les propriétaires n'ont pas mentionné la présence d'une odeur de fioul très incommodante dans cet appartement que nous avons pu atténuer grace à l'ouverture constante des fenêtres car il faisait beau.

Nous étions 3 adultes de plus de 70ans. cet appartement est confortable. le mobilier est fonctionnel. Nous n'avons qu'un seul regret c'est qu'il soit situé au 2ème étage... Merci !
