"A great location 5 minutes from the Cathedral. The side road can give the appearance it’s a bit run down but don’t let this put you off. The area is very safe, easy to access and the guest house is beautiful inside. Really spacious rooms and the staff were so helpful and attentive. Made a coffee in the morning, offered spare water, help with bookings etc. A lovely space we would definitely stay here again."

Daniel and a woman whose name I don't recall but started with a V. are the kind of employees who reflect very well on your facility and I hope they are recognized as such."

"The Social Hub is a great hotel—modern, stylish, minimalist, and incredibly convenient. It’s especially well suited to the independent traveler who appreciates a contemporary, self-service approach. For me personally, being in Florence, I would have preferred a slightly more traditional and full-service hotel experience. The self check-in process and technology-driven approach are modern and very well executed, but they weren’t necessarily a highlight of my vacation. That is entirely a matter of personal preference rather than a criticism of the hotel itself. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the hotel itself has a really dynamic atmosphere. The rooftop was definitely a standout, with the pool, terrace, various bars, and food-truck-style counters creating a fantastic space to relax, have a drink, and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, it’s a very cool, modern concept and a great choice for travelers looking for independence, convenience, and a lively social atmosphere in Florence."

"Good location near the train station, but not too close. Super clean, nice modern bathrooms, pleasant staff, and very comfortable beds. This would have been an excellent review except that we had a billing issue regarding breakfast charges. We only ate breakfast at the hotel the first morning but were charged for two days and when I asked to have it taken off the bill, the request was refused. I would still consider staying there again as the location was convenient for our needs."

Getting to central Florence by bus and train takes around 30 minutes, which can be inconvenient if you plan to explore the city frequently."
