Breakfast was excellent with great variety and quality. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff — warm, professional, and genuinely caring throughout. "We were in Lugano for just one night for my partners birthday and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were very kind and upgraded our room for the birthday celebration! We also were able to arrange a free shuttle to the train station when we left. Beautiful view from the room and other areas in the hotel. We didn’t get a chance to use them, but the wellness amenities seemed great as well. Would stay again! "
