Selection - AL - Seven Bedroom House, Sleeps 14

Selection AL and Selection Fitness Boutique (small public gym) are located in a quiet area of Vila Nova de Gaia, 11km from Porto. It accommodates up to 14 people in its 7 rooms - 5 suites - all with AC. Enjoy the indoor pool with heated and saltwater sauna (not shown in the photos), children's playground, tennis/football court, games room with bar and gym* (not included in the reservation fee). In the surrounding you can find some nice sheep, several birds and a big orchard with fruit trees.

The house comprises:

- 7 bedrooms, 5 of which are suites, all equipped with AC. Bed linen and towels included!
- 2 guest bathrooms.
- A fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need to prepare homemade meals.
- 2 dining rooms with seating for several people.
- 2 living rooms; one with a flat-screen TV, the other with a piano.
- A games room with a pool table and bar.
- We have a crib and two high chairs available; children are very welcome!
- Additional cleaning and laundry services are available for an extra charge.

In addition to the cozy accommodation and relaxing atmosphere, guests can enjoy a range of amenities:

- Indoor swimming pool and sauna (check swimming pool hours).
- Gym with changing rooms not included in the house rental.
- An outdoor area with a playground, lounge, and tennis/soccer court.
(We provide tennis/soccer/basketball rackets and balls!)
- Padel – new to the space, with 4 courts available (use subject to extra charge).

Guests benefit from free Wi-Fi and private parking on site.
This property does not allow bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar parties.
