On the day of my stay, I did not receive check-in instructions. I had to contact VRBO customer service to request a refund. Despite not staying there, the day before I would have checked out, I received check out instructions."

"Booked via the app which gives the property a rough location until you submit, on booking i believed i was getting a property on the north side of river but was wrong and ended up on the south which at first thought was a pain because there's a lot on the north bank to do. HOW WRONG WAS I! This property was amazing!! With amazing views!! As clean as a operating table in a surgery infact. Very quiet at night as not on north bank also. Authentic restaurants nearby rather than chains.the terrain...

"I paid for the whole place yet when I arrived, Maria argued with me that I had not, for an hour. Her argument was that I had less people than 10 so I didnt need all bedrooms.
