"This was one of the best hotels in all of Portugal, definitely in Porto! The rooms are very spacious and clean, showers are beautiful, location is in a calm part of town, but not so far you can’t walk. The staff is amazing, so helpful! My only complaint is the spa books up so fast, so book early!"

"Located in the Gaia side of Porto. One can walk across the Pont Luis Bridge right outside the hotel or take a metro train ride across. So hotel provides a stunning iconic view of the Douro river and bridge at sunset and at night. The rooms are contemporary, clean. Breakfast buffet excellent,"

"The swimming pool was under renovation for the entire stay of 1 week, with the alternative offered being too far. The purpose of reserving a hotel with a pool while traveling with kids, was pointless. Unfortunately, no refund was provided either."

"The staff were fantastic! The food was freshly cooked and the views from the lobby were great! The vibe and aesthetic of the hotel are great! Location can be beat. Easy to walk everywhere! The ONLY tough part were the stairs to the lobby. Be aware of that before booking. That being said the staff were kind enough to help us with our very heavy luggage."
