One morning there was a problem with the water in the bathroom which was running brown and the toilet was not flushing but I was told that it was being repaired which happened soon after. "Hotel within 5 minute walk of New Delhi rail station within Old Delhi. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff members are efficient and polite. The breakfast was good (Western options of cereal and egg - omelette, fried, scrambled available. Location can be noisy (it's a bustling area) I slept well"

"The service at this hotel is on another level. Every single member of staff from housekeeping to the restaurant team went out of their way to make sure your needs are attended to. Special thank you to reception who allowed me to check in a few hours early and to Ajay and Alina in the restaurant who made ever breakfast and dinner amazing. The food here was superb too, the pool was amazing, I would recommend this place and suggest you do halfboard as the area around is close to the tourist area but Delhi traffic is horrendous and I wouldn't venture out alone in the evenings. The outside is similar to all other hotels in Delhi. Also, the smell in the hallway was absolutely devine! "
