I was here one night and found the staff friendly and competent. The premises clean and inviting. The room clean and secure. On arrival it took a long time to clear Customs yet the hotel shuttle driver waited patiently for my arrival. Altogether a welcome experience. I will certainly stay at Mekong Hotel again on a future trip.

The front desk lady (oldest) one not very friendly. Maybe she was taught to act that way by the hotel owner. She acted like I was going to stay at the hotel for free. Worst experienced ever. I'd spend over $1,500 for 9 days and I got a very poor greeting. I would go to a different hotel next time. Good bye forever Mekong Hotel.

Close location to everything, convenient, good security gated in with 24 hours guards, walking distance to mekong river for sunset view, and the evening street food vending scene. Service is impeccable, room is very clean and comfortable. Free WIFI, easy access to transportation, highly recommended

Mekong Hotel room was OK Booked within two hours before the flight to VIentiane from Hanoi Facility room shower had no water had squad down to use the tap of water instead Too noisy in the morning people slammed doors not worth for the price you paid wouldn't recommended hotel a little too old breakfast wasn't great either

Very nice hospitality
If you ll arrival airport to here very nice location because They ve airport shuttle bus stop " Mekon hotel or from Taraat Sao Bus station dep to Airport shuttle available Per 1 hour drive " appeare infront the hotel other service is perfect I ve not use experience likes Mekon hotel excellent condition Now Laos are un safety because sudden the Gang group appeare at day light But if youre case you ve welcome the car without danger Mekon hotel are silent scene You ll stay during more happiness and enjoyable promise

유명 가라오케와 클럽이 가까운 호텔
호텔에 있는 메콩 가라오케 괜찮음 (밤에 다소 시끄러울 수 있음) 유명 클럽 2곳이 걸어서 5분 내 가격에 비해 시설은 보통(정전, 뜨거운 물 안나옴, 냉장고의 낮은 냉장력) 직원은 친절함 그러나 조식은 거의 재앙 수준임

メコン川のほとりに近く、朝晩の散歩には気分は良い、川沿いに夜は海鮮料理店が軒を連ね、川の向こう岸のタイ国の夜景を眺めながらの食事は、大変に印象深かった。味も良い。裏の寺院は早朝５時４５分に朝を告げるドラの音が鳴り、びっくりした。 　夜、ナイトクラブの音量が大きく、閉口した。３日目の夜、電気系統が故障したが、すぐに処置がされた。フロントは日本語はダメ、英語なら何とかなります。町のトゥクトゥクは結構高い値段を言うので、要注意。タクシ－をホテルに依頼した方が安上がりの場合もある。 町のマッサ－ジはとても安い。（１時間全身で約１０００円程度）

靠近湄公河边，从机场坐车不到10分钟。2楼的KTV很棒，不过别住在3楼，吵啊。WIFI杠杠的，酒店设施有些陈旧，多年的老酒店了。员工很友好，性价比高的一家三星级酒店。

チェックインのさい、ノーブッキングと言われた。予約明細を見せても宿泊代支払しているか確認できない様子
支配人が来て支配人権限で部屋キーをもらって電気通したがブレーカーが落ちてしまう部屋だった。フロントへ説明することも大変だったが、結局隣の部屋に移動させてもらった。

โรงแรมค่อยข้างเก่า
เสียงดัง มีคนจีนพักเยอะ อุปกรณ์ในห้องมีแต่ภาษาจีน ไม่มีอังกฤษ แม้กระทั่งเมนูอาหาร อาบนำ้มีนำ้รั่วออกจากพื้นฉากกระจกกั้นทำให้ื้นเปียกตลอด มียุงในห้อง แอร์เย็น เตียงนอนใช้ได้

This may be good hotel for Chinese. There are some instructions written by Lao and Chinese only. And some staff cannot speak English. There is only one elevator (lift) in the hotel. We had to wait sometimes.

うるさくて眠れないホテル
チェックインに関しては、エクスペディアで支払済である旨を伝えるとすんなりチェックインできた。 部屋は値段の割に綺麗にされていた。 しかし、廊下の窓も常時開けっ放しのため、蚊が大量にいた。その他の虫はとりあえず見ませんでした。 以外にもお湯はちゃんと出た。 ナイトクラブが併設されているので、12時頃まではうるさすぎて寝ることは不可能であった。 自分は結構悪環境に慣れている方ではあるが、この五月蝿さは無理であった。 もう泊まることはないだろう。

空港への送りとかスタッフの皆さんの対応には感心しますが日本人のゲストが皆無で中国色一杯でイゴゴチが悪かったよ

泊まった部屋のwifiがとても遅かった。あまりにも遅いのでロビーに移動したが、そこでもwifiが遅かった。 スタンダードツインBタイプに泊まったが、値段の割に部屋は狭かった。 併設するナイトクラブに興味が無いなら、泊まる価値はないかも。

清潔で大きな部屋です。 送迎はありますが、空港から電話もできずタクシーでホテルまで行きました。６ドルです。 ホテルから空港まではホテルの車で送っていただきました。 ホテルの裏に大きなお寺があり、夜遅くまで子供たちが騒いでいて うるさくありました。

シャワーの水圧と温度が気になりました。 水圧を上げると温度が下がるので不便でした。でも、料金を考えるとお得ですね
