Very nice room with lots of space. The bathroom and the bed is gorgeous and very large. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was well equipped with lots of utensils. We preferred to go to the hotel restaurant for dinner. very good breakfast and Italian cuisine. The gym and laundrette are also well equipped with modern equipment.

nice hotel in a good location - bus and tram station next to the hotel. tram 62 connection direct to city center. the room is big and very well equipped. there is also a nice kids club and a very good italian restaurant

overall everything was great. nice staff, the hotel and room is so stylish and elegant. the location is good, next to the hotel is a tram and bus station. amazing we had very good dinner in the hotel restaurant. they also serve breakfast!!!

this hotel offers a lot- great hotel and room. there is also a really fantastic kids club and the hotel restaurant offers really great food - pizza & pasta, you can also enjoy breakfast ! recommended

Very nice modern hotel, all in the middle of Vienna in a great location. Right at the entrance there is a bus and tram connection. The room is very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. There is a great Italian restaurant. Please try it when you are there.

Hübsche, zweckmäßige und saubere Apartments in verkehrsgünstiger Lage und sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Allerdings gab es während des Aufenthalts (4 Nächte) kein W-Lan, der Zimmercode funktionierte nicht und die Spezialtabs für die Kaffeemaschine (nicht anderswo zu kaufen) waren am Wochenende erst ab 10h erhältlich. Die Straße ist zudem stark befahren und nichts für Geräuschempfindliche.

Nice rooms and a good service. Bus and tram station is located in front of the hotel. But there were some damages, e.g. a broken plug, an air condition, that stops working after a few minutes and missing cable to use inductive phone charging stations in our bedroom.

A great place. Also perfect for families with children. There is a fantastic children's playroom. It's just magical! The room is large and super elegantly decorated. Be sure to try the restaurant in the hotel. The food was so good

Great new hotel in Vienna! Very nice staff, big room with balcony, everything was clean and very nice and mordern decorated! We would book there again at any time and definitely recommend! there is an italian restaurant in the hotel. the food is to die for !!

we had a wonderful stay in Somerset. everything was perfect. the room is very elegant. sleept so good in this bed. please check out the italian restaurant in the hotel. we had an amazing dinner there.
