Very close to airport but still a 35 Euro Uber ride. Check in is in a different building so walked up and back late at night, not the best. Shower had significant mold all along grout. No coffee or soap/shampoo in room. Staff was pleasant and did arrange a cheaper reliable shuttle to the airport. I would not stay here again

We will check the room and the shower, which of course should not be the case and does not meet our standards. Soap and shower gel should also be available. We stayed for just one night, since our connection flight was in a early morning and we didn’t want to spend the night in an airport floor. We were booked for Just Rooms and we arrived at late night, missing the front door open. We call the hotel and they promptly send someone to pick us up! We’ll be always greatly for that.

Very welcoming, great food in the restaurant. We stayed in the “Just Rooms” part of the hotel, which is 300 meters from the reception, a totally separate building down the street. You can park at either place

It was a nice clean basic room. Had the address of 83 from booking online. 83 is where we were dropped off by Uber. Took some time to figure out the reception desk is 1.5 blocks down the street.

The company has two locations on the same block - one is just rooms where we reserved a room, and the second is their business section, where the reception is located. This review is for the business section of this company's property, located down the street from Just Rooms. There ends up some confusion on where to arrive, where to check in and what to do with suitcases when you need to stay in one location and check in the other. It's not a big deal in hindsight, but if you have multiple suitcases and are in the wrong spot late at night in a place that you are not familiar with, it is a disappointment. The very kind lady at reception was able to find a room for us in the business section (which was very nice, with all the amenities), and we did not have to go back to the other (Just Rooms) building yet again. Just be mindful of this when booking.

Just Rooms, which is at Mannswörther Str. 83, is a separate building (a 2-3 minute walk) from the Reinisch Business Hotel, for which the address is Mannswörther Str. 76. You have to check-in at the Business Hotel and then walk down to Just Rooms, which is simply a dorm style building of literally just rooms with zero amenities. If you want to dine in the restaurant, work out at the gym, or use the sauna then you need to walk back to the main hotel. My room had no A/C and it was too warm. I would spend a little more money to stay at the Business Hotel, since you have to check in there anyway.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the Vienna International Airport and we had a 6:00 am flight so wanted to get a few hours sleep and be close just so we weren’t late. We checked in after midnight and we’re greeted and helped by a very friendly and helpful receptionist Elias that helped with our check in and also called a cab company to pick us up at 3:30am to go to the airport. He also helped get our bags into the cab. Excellent service especially since we didn’t speak German and he was fluent in English. Thanks again Elias!

Helpful treatment
The staff at the hotel were a great help to us - we were travelling with handicaps & the friendliness, help and cleanliness along with a clean room big enough for a walking aid were everything we need. The hotel being near the airport was also most convenient.
