Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities

Leider war meine Erfahrung äußerst enttäuschend und ich fühle mich dazu verpflichtet, meine Bedenken zu äußern. Der Zustand der Unterkunft bei weitem nicht den Standards entsprach, die ich von ein Fremdenzimmer erwarten würde. Insbesondere das Stiegenhaus war feucht, naß und der Geruch - ein gewisser xxxxgeruch, war äußerst unangenehm. Darüber hinaus war der Boden im Stiegenhaus verschmutzt. Aufgrund dieser Umstände fühlte ich mich äußerst unwohl, und entschied mich unverzüglich, den Schlüssel zurückzugeben und woanders eine alternative Unterkunft zu buchen. Ich verbrachte die Nacht an einem anderen Ort. Dies brachte für mich natürlich zusätzliche finanzielle Belastungen mit sich.
