"While the breakfast menu was satisfactory, the waiting time for a table was terrible. Also it was disappointing that a hotel of your size doesn’t have a proper restaurant for dinner. The task of dining was placed on your lounge area; a surprisingly inadequate choice. "

"Three of the four lamps in my room did not work. The bar tender who served dinner while I was sitting at the bar was very polite and pleasant but she has had no training abiut servjng a meal."

"The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and there was always someone available to help. Nice location. It felt very safe no matter the time of day or night. Quick walk to many restaurants and the metro station."

"Nice place to stay. Very convenient location for walking to DC sites. Staff was great. Bathrooms in room were a bit of a problem. Lock to bathroom door was broken. If light was turned on in bathroom it shone into entire hotel room. No working fan in bathroom. Pillows were terrible on the beds."

"No where on their website does it indicate that you must be 21 to check in. My daughter had reservations and was met with a manager with a bad attitude. When she could have simply explained the situation instead of being rude and saying we're not letting you check in. I called and spoke to an uneducated employee who told me to look at the site for the age. Which again is not listed. He procedeed to tell me i can change the name to my daughters friend who is over 21. I did that and then they told them they dont see the reservation at all. Although i sent them the reservation invoice and reservation number with the friend name on it. Needless to say i had to call who i made the reservations with to call the hotel for me. Which then they were able to check in almost 2hrs later and a lifetime of embarrassment for those young ladies. So there will NOT be a return visit."
