Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
No air conditioner. Very noisy (day and night) due to close main train station location and constant trains traffic. Major nextdoor construction starting at 6 am. Therefore impossible to sleep with open windows but very hot inside. Dirt especially on the balcony floor (french fries etc). Promise to clean never fulfilled but charged 76 Euros for cleaning. False advertisement "CITY VIEW" , instead view on a very large bank offices building, 2 very high hotel buildings, train station and train tracks. Very rude contact person!!!!
