We used Lyf twice for our accommodation in Vienna. 👍 One clean and minimalist property. Sparkling white sheets. The shower in the room from building number seven had the most fantastic pressure I’ve ever experienced. The receptionists are attentive and willing to help. Ensure you fill out the required check-in documents ahead of time if you want a speedy pass to your room, 👎 Downside points: the bathroom design is for thin people. The room with the impressive shower also had a flawed design; the room between the sink and toilet was tiny. Far away from downtown. We used Uber. With public transportation, it takes you an hour. We travelled to a few European capitals, but the parking at this property was the most expensive: 40 Euro/day. If you spend more than three days in Vienna, it is a perfect property if you are here just for a short stay, book in downtown.

Startup with many problems. Excellent room, but everything around it is poorly managed. Information management is terrible, the door code system is a disgrace, reception staff run around with their laptops with poor information management, …. Somebody seemed to have a good idea in terms of setting up a trendy place in an otherwise general apartment block, but forgot about many things. I hope people less advantaged than me willfindtheir way into the apartment, managing many entry barriers, and steep stairs to the bedding area.

Pristine new property, great yet simple design , good amenities! Very clean! Comfy beds and pillows. Very good toilet , strong shower , good shampoo and body wash. Simple check-in process, easy to use.
