"Customer service was horrible. Breakfast was advertised as available and when I requested breakfast the second morning no one knew what was on the menu, then I was told I can't get breakfast until one day later as you have to put your order in one day in advance. Its very cold in Johannesburg right now, and when my heater was broken. They gave me three different portable heater, two were broken. The third one worked but was rattling so loud it was nearly impossible to sleep. It was noisy in the hallway. Security guard got into a debate about me in why one side of the wall outlets were not working. Towels were wet when we got there. My check in was not professional as no one could find my reservation from paying in advance. I paid for a Deluxe room and they insisted I paid for a Standard room until I showed them my Expedia confirmation receipt. This place is ran horribly."

I won't let any of my friend nor family to book.

"My stay was unpleasant after reading the receipt information. As a female, I felt uncomfortable staying alone because the terms and conditions didn't hold me accountable for any risks. NB All people entering this facility do so entirely at their own risk if I saw this I wouldn't even bother to book."
