"Overall good stay, but were playing in a volleyball tournament this weekend. Started at 8am both days, and they DO NOT offer breakfast prior to 7:30 am this really was sad since we had to be at the facility to warm up by 7:30. SO we had to spend more money on finding breakfast somewhere else. Also they said when we got there the AC did not work and projected temp the next day was 78. "

"I can’t say enough bad about this hotel. I have never felt less safe. Had to use the service elevator, which puts you in a scary unmonitored hallway. Pubic hair all over the bed. We left. "

" It is to date, my worst hotel experience. I arrived to find out the room I booked was not available. The hotel had it out of order but this was not communicated to the 3rd party booker. Then at first they would'nt match my room price with another room because they only had doubles. The employee tried to tell me they couldn't do that. Then once I said I would mention in the review, she then adjusted my price to match. Then I go to the room. Dark, poorly lit halls. A musty oder throughout the hotel. I then enter my room. Two burned out bulbs. A shower/tub with a half dozen stainds a possibly cig burns. A very old boxspring/woodframe pair of full size beds withwhat felt like low end mattresses. Ladty and the most alarming issues. The dead bolt lick had been cut off and obviously not replaced. It apeats it was cut from a previous forced entry. Ill include a pic if an option is given."

"It was terrible and did not stay after checking in. I canceled my room for the 2nd and was still charged for both nights. I called hotels.com and talked to an agent to verify the 2nd night was canceled on the 14th, I was verified to be canceled."

"The host was slow to respond except when it was an emergency. He changed to code to enter the home on us and didn't send it to us so we got locked out the first day. The house had at least two water leaks that weren't addressed so water in the kitchen went everywhere. After that it was very clean."

"Room was spotless. Staff was nice . Some of the fixtures needed repair . Like the bottom stove , the sink in the kitchen and some of the drawers in the bathroom. "
