The ceiling was dripping near the hot tub area. Troubles with the doors not wanting to unlock [lots of people had the problem, not just me] The tv quit working in the entire hotel. There were still hairs in the shower/bathtub area Otherwise beds were comfy. Breakfast good.

The evening reception was nice but on day two we did not get this offered to us due to the snow storm. Brooklyn Center is not the best area and this is not the typical super fantasy Embassy but worked for us. Thank you for the nice stay!
