"Any hotel as nice as this one should not be trying to extract just a little more data out of their visitors by locking the wireless behind a membership and loyalty program. I would have given this place five stars across the board if that were not the case. Breakfast was fine and had a decent variety of all the things. The room was clean and one of the nicest hotel rooms I've stayed in."

"While the lobby and front desk staff make a great first impression, the guest rooms are in a significant state of disrepair. The outside backdoor window was broken and the secure door was bent, as if attempts to gain entry were made. My room featured a door that didn't align properly with the frame, raising additional safety concerns and the feel that there had also been attempts to gain entry. The interior maintenance was poor, with sliced wallpaper, mismatched patches, and furniture incorrectly assembled with exposed screws. Cleanliness was a major issue, as I found used cough drops on the floor and thick dust throughout the carpet. Even the TV was poorly mounted and crooked. One other caveat is the facility did smell of marijuana inside and outside, which is not appropriate for children. This facility needs urgent attention to meet basic hospitality standards. This is not a handicap accessible facility. The breakfast was good with a spacious seating area. "

"they gave me the instructions to the wrong unit. which was unlocked and the heat was off (54 degrees, all the windows open, it was quite cold that weekend). host gave me access code to the correct unit but at that point I felt uncomfortable staying and I left and got a hotel instead. tried to get a refund from host and vrbo and no luck. the wrong unit was enough to make me regret my decision to stay here. unlocked is just unsafe. windows open even more unsafe host just giving out access codes to the wrong people, unsafe."

"We had a lovely stay at this property. Everything was exactly as depicted in the photos. Communication and check in were very easy. Make sure to park on the street instead of in the driveway. There was lots of available free street parking nearby."
