The staff at this hotel were great. Everyone was very nice. The breakfast and service at the restaurant was top notch. The bathroom and room were very clean. The only problem was the noise level, i could hear every car and truck that drove by (not sure there is a solution for that), if you're a light sleeper it could be a struggle. The only other issue was the bedroom window that had double pained glass had a lot of mold between the glass which was not nice to look at.

Bait & Switch. Booked a room through expedia that showed a couch and coffee table suite. Checked in only to find it was a standard galley room with 2 queens on one side, and dresser/TV on the other. Desk said they were all that design....so why did the advertisement show a different room layout. Ice machine only 3rd & 5th floor....really? They did have a decent bar and a great Sushi restaurant next door, so that was a bonus. Wouldn't recommend.

The walls are very thin, I could hear conversations in the next room and a woman cussing as she walked past my room in the hallway. The tub stopper was stuck in the drain and there was a water bug in the bathroom.

The staff was very courteous and professional. Rooms were spacious and clean. What i didn't like about this place was not being accommodated to a room on ground level or close to the elevator despite seeing my disabled mother.

Walls are paper thin, can here everything from the room next door. Let the front desk know they were playing music extremely loud and could smell smoke seeping through the adjoining door. Front desk told them to turn down the music but didn’t follow up on anything or check out the smoking. They still played music all night. A man was also in the hall all night on his phone and we could hear every detail of his conversation. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

Check In was quick and staff were polite and professional. Room was clean. The only reason for 3 & 4 stars were the pool was drained and unavailable. Also a nearby business alarm was ringing all night. The alarm made the surrounding area feel unsafe.
