"The hotel is right next to Buckingham Palace. The staff is what makes this hotel great. However, the rooms are in need of some refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. Typical European sized rooms. Close to Victoria Station which makes it convenient to visit attractions. "

"The room was very nice. Loved the shower which also had a hand shower attachment. The cleaning staff were really nice and complimentary snacks were added to the room each day along with bottled water. Our room was on the back and very quiet. We did have to keep our window open to maintain a comfortable temperature. We went to the bar twice and had drinks and snacks. The bartender was lovely and helped us choose drinks. Free chips & nuts were refilled as well. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it. The staff were amazing—welcoming, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The room itself was quaint and charming, with a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. One of the standout touches was the thoughtful inclusion of a bottle of wine, which was a lovely surprise. The kitchen was also incredibly well-equipped, stocked with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to relax and enjoy the space. On top of all that, the location was fantastic—convenient and close to everything, making it easy to explore and get around. Overall, a delightful experience from start to finish! PS - highly recommend coffee at the Italian place next door!"

"Breakfast was delicious and kids were very happy with the food. I was NOT happy with the family room. The beds were so close together that it felt like the kids were sleeping in the same bed as us. My daughter rolled over and actually hit me with her leg- that's how close the beds are. With the lack of a space these rooms should be cheaper and the actual family rooms should be bigger. "

"Our room was in the bottom of the annex. Immaculately clean, great condition facilities. Very quiet at night and in a great location. Just a few mins walk to Victoria station. Will definitely stay here again. Staff very welcoming and friendly. "
