The space
Nestled just 15 km from the vibrant heart of downtown Victoria and a mere 18-minute drive away, our home offers the perfect blend of accessibility and tranquility. Situated 32 km (a 28-minute drive) from the airport and 38 km (32 minutes by car) from the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal, our location is ideally suited for both local explorations and convenient travel.

Surrounded by conveniences such as Costco, Market on Millstream, Starbucks, and Dairy Queen, everything you need is within easy reach.

We take pride in providing a clean, spacious environment that boasts all the comforts of home. Our residence features three bedrooms outfitted with one King bed, two Queen beds, and one sofa bed, complemented by two full bathrooms to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Upon entering, you'll find a welcoming bedroom, a full bathroom, and a laundry room on the main floor—please note, the garage is not accessible to guests.

Ascend the stairs to discover a generous dining area and living room, designed for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy movie nights on our Smart TV or create memorable meals in our fully equipped kitchen, featuring a microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker, oven, and BBQ grill.

Bathed in natural light, our home invites you to unwind in the spacious backyard, savor the amenities of a fully stocked kitchen, and sink into the comfort of our plush beds.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the upstairs floor of the property, with the exception of the garage. We encourage you to make yourself completely at home.

Parking:
Please park all vehicles to the left of the house or in front of the garage. Two cars can be parked on the driveway back to back, and if you need more space, ample street parking is available.

Good to Know:
There are residents in separate unit on the property, but you have all the main floor to yourself!
