parking needs to be reserved in advance, i did it thru contacting the property. small fee with it but much more useful than finding parking arround town. 20mins bike from downtown or an hour walk. very pleasant.

This accommodation was a very good value in Toronto. Security was important. We asked to check in a bit early and they accommodated is. It's not fancy but was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. No frills but a very good price. Also quiet!

The room was clean and stocked with things we needed. I was a little disappointed that we did not interact with any staff members while we were there though I understand how busy they must be. The two major problems we had were that the bed was very uncomfortable (it was advertised as a queen bed but were 2 twins pushed together) and that the WIFI didn’t connect on the second floor at all. Otherwise it is a great property. Very quiet and clean.
