"Had an excellent time ,staff are very friendly and helpfull . We stayed over Cristmas and we were surprised finding a christmas card and chocolate in our room. I definetly recomand the hotel in the centre of Toulouse. I would deffinately come back to the Le Grand Balcone Hotel. Two very happy customers. "

The hotel is conveniently placed in Toulouse and absolutely perfect for sightseeing and enjoying the numerous and varied restaurants and bars. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. Although a continental breakfast, the variety of food was excellent and you could have any amount of food, juices and tea/coffee as you wanted."

"Well located just outside the busy area. Rooms were nice size even for bigger bags. The staff was very nice and accommodating letting us have breakfast when we turned up at 8am of checkin. Simple and very nice breakfast btw. We also had to reschedule due to national strike and they let us change dates with no hassles. Thank you very much!"
