""We had a great time in Paris, and staying at your hotel was definitely the right choice. Kala at the front desk was incredibly kind. There was another staff member with her who seemed a bit off , but I chose to ignore it. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and I loved all of it! My only wish is that they should have dinner available to order for guests. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris!" "Sometimes for all good intentions, things go wrong. As a customer, you have to accept these things and it is how the problem is dealt with is what counts. We took adjoining rooms for our family and there was a problem in one of the rooms. We reported it and within a few minutes, maintenance were with us to fix. A few hours later, it was apparent the fix had not worked. We reported again....it was late and the children were asleep but by first thing in the morning a plan had been activated by the staff, we were told to go and enjoy our day out and they would take care of everything. By the time we returned, we had been moved to new rooms seamlessly. This perfectly represents the service at the Molitor. Prefect blend of professionalism and friendliness. Honest, straight forward and transparent. Other than the problem, the facilities are fantastic. Beds, comfortable, well appointed bathrooms, nice and in keeping decor and the rich history of the location is sympathetically alluded to without overplaying it. The pool area is just brilliant and the atmosphere created by the clear rules and the clever blend of members and guests. A truly special stay and the Molitor is now our destination of choice in Paris."

"When we arrived parking was limited due to teams of Tour de France also staying at the hotel so we had to park at the bottom. They had two gentleman running carts to transport guests and their luggage Check in took forever not sure why it was such a lengthy process at this hotel but it was and there was a long line. I do think there could be a better check in process. We were placed in house 5 which was down a bit. The room is beautiful and so are the hotel grounds. The buffet breakfast was really good. Overall I’d stay here again. We also ate at the restaurant Andy’s patio at the hotel and it was really good. I want to make it a point to recognize the two gentlemen who were running the luggage carts July 25-26. Those two were by far the hardest working people that weekend. It was hot and they were moving our luggage and others from morning to night. The younger one would always tell us the plan and end it with “does that sound like a deal for you?” We grew to love his end of sentence phrase that we now at home use. Both were so kind but he was just beyond great. He made staying there that much more enjoyable because every time we’d pass him on the cart or get a ride he was just so nice. Those two deserve significant raises for how hard they work. They went above and beyond all weekend. I hope they are shown this review from the two Americans with all the luggage. I hope they are recognized for how hard they work and worked that weekend and are rewarded in someway."

"The location is excellent and gives one direct access to the elevated "mall" area. We did not eat there as other nearby options were available. One word,,eclair, baguette. One must hop a cab to get to the important activities in Paris, 35 E. The rooms were not kept clean enough or serviced very well. We think there is a shortage of housekeeping staff. The front desk staff was excellent. There is a hydration room with excellent filtered water and a coffee machine available, although it broke down and remained broken over the weekend. The hotel experienced a "brown out" and some rooms lost power, temporaraly. Parking is easy and part of the hotel, below. This is a business hotel in a "quiet" location for Paris. If we returned to Paris we would chose to stay elsewhere. Again the front desk staff were EXCELLENT. The very best. and we appreciated that."
