Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Parking is opposite the hotel which you pay at machine for but beware if you stay on a Friday night as this carpark is used for a local market on Saturday.

Great Location, specially for people looking a quiet place near farms and stables around that area. One night the AC didn’t work. Was the only issue. And they remediate adjusting the balance at check out.

L'emplacement est super. L'hotel offre un excellent petit déjeuner de qualité. Par contre, notre chambre était usée, le frigo en panne ( nous l'avons dit le premier jours) et la salle de bain sale sur le Mur autour de la toilette et du ruban adhésif autour de la poignée de la chambre. La literie était confortable par ailleurs.

Hôtel dans le standard des Mercure avec l’avantage d’être situé au centre de Rambouillet avec restaurants autour. Quelques soucis récurrents avec la climatisation dans certaines chambres mais le personnel trouve une solution et est agréable.

Nice hotel in front of Chateau

Did not have one of our two reservations on file. The staff acted promptly to assign my Father a special room for disabled people. Excellent service. Will come back again. :)

The property exactly met expectations. Clean and comfortable, with a great location. I was here on Friday night, which meant on Saturday morning I was able to peruse the delightful farmers market outside the door and then walk 3 minutes over to the Chateau and have a picnic. I cannot imagine a more lovely way to spend a Saturday morning.

L'hôtel est très bien. Parfaitement situé avec des parking extérieur et souterrain à proximité. La chambre était parfaite bien que la fenêtre était assez petite donc chambre plutôt sombre. Mais la literie à compenser ce petit bémol j'ai passé une très bonne nuit ! Le personnel était aussi très agréable.

L'intérieur de l'hôtel est spacieux et élégant. Le personnel est agréable que ce soit à l'accueil ou lors de repas. Il y fait agréable même lorsque les températures extérieures sont très élevées. La chambre était bien spacieuse et propre (sauf un coin où un peu de poussière pendait) La gourde en cadeau a été une agréable surprise. Les produits de douche étaient d'excellente qualité. Moquette des couloir nauséabonde

Chambre correct, nous avons eu la 201, avec un long couloir vu que c'est une chambre pour handicapés. La moquette du 2eme étage a une odeur nauséabonde et irrespirable. Le petit déjeuner est basique. Un hôtel plutôt vieillissant et la moquette mal traitée remet en cause l'hygiène de l'établissement.
