"The Staff is incredible and the property is clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows were incredibly hard. Literally felt like burlap. The neighborhood is run down.
Incredible staff made up for the rest of the shortcomings. Pool was nice. AC is week."

"Lovely, clean hotel with helpful staff. Excellent views. Difficult to drive one-way road the last half mile to the property, but it didn't affect us, as we arrived late, and left early. Great enclosed parking area."

"What an amazing place to stay and enjoy Sorrento and its coast. Such warm, friendly and helpful staff, went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.
Loved the free shuttle to the town, took all the stress out of driving and parking.
