Panoramic View on Annecy lake

For 2 people and available the first 3 weeks of August, charming small house of 650sf. The house is equipped with everyday supplies that you will need and decorated in a french bohemian style.
You will enjoy 6460 sq.ft. garden with panoramic views of Annecy lake and the mountains, from where you will enjoy an exceptional sunshine from 9.30am-9pm. The garden has a "Balinese-style" outdoor bed, and a cold garden’s shower.

Le logement
The house is located in a very quiet residential area, 15 minutes walk on the heights of the small village of Veyrier-du-Lac where there is a small supermarket, a bakery and some restaurants including a very good pizzeria. The beach is about 20 minutes walk by small footpaths and the city center of Annecy is 15 minutes away by car, along the lake shores.

For info:
There will be no one living in the upper floor of the house during your stay.
The ceilings of the house are only ( 2 mètres) 6;60 feets.
There is no TV.
Parking is not easy.
The front gate is not easy to open so suitcases can be a small challenge to get in and out.
To chill out, the Balinese style bed outside is much more cosy than the Louis15 style seat of the inside house. ;-)
