It is clean inside the house but outside looks terrible. We had a house far away from parking place. Not all houses have own parking. The pool is not open all the time and looks not good.

Ok-ish for sleeping there one night during a trip, but definitely not recommended for a longer stay. The furniture and equipment is very cheap and basic and quite old. You have to clean the kitchen etc on your own when you leave and there is a long list of fines for each step you could miss. Only a few of the guests seem to be tourists, many seem to be migrant workers. The English skills of the reception personnel are quite limited. The free wi-fi does not allow VPN tunnels (at least no WireGuard). There is a train stop nearby but there is only 1 train per hour on average and only during limited times of the day. There are ample parking spots but there is no video surveillance or other security.

Basic but clean appartment, very friendly employees, swimming pool kept open for us half an hour after closing the reception (19:30) so the children could swim after a long drive. Good breakfast. Good option for a short stop.

Très décevant J ai réservé pour 8 personnes pendant 3 jours 2 rouleaux de papier toilette Une dosette pour seulement 1 lavage de vaisselle Un petit sac poubelle qui a fait une journée Un balai qui s’est cassé Vaisselle sale et en plus pas assez pour 8 personnes Pied de 2 lit et une chaise cassée Donc le personnel pas très réactif Baignoire qui fuit au 1 étage alors inondation dans l entrée et j en passe . Côté positif calme et une place de parking

A éviter Très sale Le menage n'a pas était fait depuis longtemps Des taches sur les murs, le frigo sale, le sol sale etc... Quand on arrive sur le parking il y a des carcasse de voitures (peu rassurant) Beaucoup d'enfants très jeunes qui joue sur le parking (faire attention en se garant)

Personne accueillante qui explique bien rien à dire sur ça . Propreté piscine à revoir on ne voit pas le fond de la piscine! Logement mal nettoyé sol gluant. Matelas 10 cm d’épaisseur Bonjour les mal de dos. Pas de volet sur la chambre devant un lampadaire pas génial. Isolation phonique catastrophique. Terrasse non entretenue. Allée centrale des poubelles de partout et déchets au sol. Je m’arrête la petite photo de la piscine.

une seule nuit sans restauration .

Accueil téléphonique pour des renseignement et réel lorsque je suis arrivé très satisfaisant . je suis tombé sur une dame d'une extrême gentillesse . A l'écoute de vos besoins . le quartier est calme , la résidence est sécuritaire . le logement quant à lui était très propre et spacieux . la seule chose qui manque est un mode d'emploi pour certains radiateurs ( J'ai jamais réussi à allumer les digitaux lol ) merci beaucoup pour ce séjour , je n'hésiterais à revenir en famille ou entre amis .
