This hotel was the worst hotel I've stayed at. We arrive and at check in the receptionist was rude. Did not tell us any info for wifi etc. The bathroom was full of black mold. The room was musty. The sink broke during our stay. We made them aware we were unhappy but there was nothing they could do for us. If the city wasnt fully booked we would have moved hotels and took the loss. Extremely disappointed.

Une réceptionniste rapide pour nous attribuer notre chambre, un peu distante avec la clientèle même si elle laisse entrevoir un sourire . La chambre était très propre, grande, lit ultra confortable. Même si le sèche cheveux est disponible à l'accueil, il est bien dommage qu'il ne soit pas dans la salle de bain. Un bruit de compresseur à intervalle régulier m'a gêné cela ne dure pas longtemps mais environ toutes les heures pendant 10 minutes.

La Chambre est popre; les lits sont un peu durs. La salle de bain est vraiment bien. L'hôtel est bien situé par contre pour mettre la voiture dans le parking c'est 10€. Le petit déjeuner est bien. Les fenêtres des chambres ne sont pas très bien isolées on attend les voitures dans la rue. Le personnel est très gentil. Pour moi l'hôtel est bien

Félicitations à cette équipe qui peut paraître de prime abord non accueillante, mais franchement j’ai été très bien reçu en soirée quand je suis revenu pour récupérer ma valise à la conciergerie et j’ai été reçu par un agent lundi soir hyper serviable. La chambre est très propre et le lit très confortable. Merci beaucoup pour l’attention et la délicatesse.

Chambre correcte, spacieuse et propre. Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner vraiment décevant pour le prix… Peu de choix et ingrédients de qualité médiocre. Employés présents, mais réceptionniste de nuit peu professionnel… Mauvaise tenue, baille la bouche grande ouverte et nous parle comme si on était des amis. La réceptionniste du matin très discrète, elle nous a à peine salué mais beaucoup plus professionnelle que celui de la nuit.
