"Exceptionally friendly staff and clean facilities. The property is gorgeous with plenty of quiet lounge areas. Great value. This wasn’t the most expensive place we’ve stayed in Italy, but it was by far the nicest. "

"The hotel feels super dated, my room’s shower was almost falling down and the shower is super small. The air conditioning does not work properly, it took a full day to barely start feeling the room cooldown and then suddenly just stopped; almost unbearable. Location is good but definitely would not be staying here if/when coming back."

"It was so disappointing and uncomfortable we had to leave and book a hotel. We paid extra for a junior suite as we were on our Anniversary trip but we were really disappointed as the room was nothing like the pictures. The room was dingy and quite small, the bathroom was mouldy and tiny, and the view from the balcony was of two brick walls which they hid with a curtain in the pictures.
