"Lovely accomodation with outside patio and shaded area. Cool for the summer and with underfloor heating to take the chill off the tiles throughout the year. A little noisy at night but it didn't spoil our week. The beach is about a 20 minute walk away and there are walks in the forest so you can walk for miles. The trains to Pisa, Viareggio and Lucca are cheap and the station is a 15 minute walk away. The supermarket is very close and there are other shops on the doorstep, as well as...

They stayed in touch via WhatsApp before and during our stay and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. "Cute little house in the city center, about 5 minutes from both train station and city center. The apartment was recently renovated and all rooms were clean and tidy. Only tip to the host: please consider changing the mattress, it does not seem old but it was very hard to sleep on."

"Pros: La gentilezza della host, nell’appartamento c’era proprio tutto: indispensabile x cucina e bagno, una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo al nostro arrivo, cialde per il caffè, tostapane, phon, spazio lavanderia, aria condizionata, arredo minimal ma di gusto.
