Main level: Open plan & walks out to your large covered deck, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom. 2nd Storey: Primary Bedroom with full ensuite, bedroom. Fully fenced backyard with a gate that opens up to your private beach & patio at the water's edge.

Double carport & lots of room for rec. vehicles. Sleeps 10. More occupants allowed at $75 per person a day with blow up mattress (bring or own or we can supply).

Close to boat launch.

Only a few minutes from all of Vernon's amenities. 15 minutes to Predator Ridge Golf Course and award winning Lake Country wineries.

A few minute walk or bike ride to multiple Okanagan Lake Parks & Beaches.
