"I had a wonderful experience at the hotel in Boticas. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome and comfortable. The hotel is a great place to stay, with a pleasant atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent for anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Boticas and the surrounding area. It is a perfect place to relax, disconnect from the stress of everyday life, and enjoy the beautiful landscapes and local culture. Everything about my stay was very positive, and I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. The staff made me feel at home and were always ready to help whenever needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boticas. Whether you are traveling with family, friends, or as a couple, it is a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. "Love this hotel. Super nice staff. Love the free parking and the rooms are clean. We had an issue with our mini fridge and a smell in the room but the staff did not wait to make sure it was fixed. They removed the broken fridge and brought in a new one"

"Lovely clean spacious room with all the facilities we required. We did use the pool while at the hotel and thought it was excellent with plenty of sun loungers. We had breakfast at the hotel and the food was tasty and plenty of choice. We didn’t have an evening meal so can’t comment on main meals. Overall excellent value hotel and I would have no hesitation in booking again if I’m ever in Chaves."
