Beautifully located next to the castle in the centre of Chaves. Close to supermarkets, aswell as bars and restaurant. The hotel is modern, fresh and the staff are friendly and will go the extra mile to satisfy your needs. Will choose Castelo next time I go back to Chaves.

From the lobby to our bathroom and also the spa area, all the details in onyx marble are stunning. Very quiet and tasteful. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide assortment of fruit and local pastries. We could walk everywhere.

Good stay

Loved the Hotel and received excellent service from the front desk. The room ( due to availability) was a bit dark and on the ground floor. I was notified prior to coming and felt like something complimentary would have made up for it. The construction next door made it impossible to open the windows which contributed to the darkness. However, the room was spotless and in excellent and modern condition. It was also very quiet.

Great location and ample free parking. Breakfast was simple, good and more than adequate. Staff was friendly and helpful. No real amenities like a restaurant, big bar, and the spa with pool is only if you upgrade, but if all you’re looking for is a nice clean room in a great location, then you can’t go wrong.

Lovely modern hotel. Secure underground parking for the motorbikes but check it out before you park. The entrance / exit is only short but it's steep. Very helpful reception staff.

God morgenmad. Behagelige og søde receptionister. Kæmpehåndklæder. Desværre fik vi en udsigt til en gul væg. Og vinduet var matteret, så det var lidt et fængsel. Kunne ikke få et andet værelse. Vi skulle være der 4 nætter.

Atendimento, staff tudo excelente, simpático... pequeno almoço variado e delicioso, apenas o café não é bom, deviam trocar de café... A parte do welness devia estar incluído no preço da suite, piscina, sauna não deviam cobrar. De resto foi tudo muito bom.
