"Once you listen to the instructions it’s quite easy to enter and access. Great bathroom, big room, and quiet. I only contacted the number and didn’t have any interaction with any staff. Very clean.. would recommend especially if you r travelling by car. Wi fi is a dog. The aircon is a challenge, possibly some instruction on how to use it. A few fixed hangers in the bathroom would be good. The worst was the bed which groaned and moaned with every move, ( it wasn’t the occupants) Secure parking is...

"We stayed here for an overnight to be close to Malpensa for our flight. The host was excellent! Very friendly and courteous, offering to carry my girlfriend's bags to our room upon check-in. Comfortable stay and the service was excellent, will be back again. "
