"We had lovely days in this lovely House. Simona is a great Host WHO was Always there in Case of questions. Baveno. Hast much more than beach and great Lake View: IT IS a nice little and hast great hiking opportunities in Mountains directly in the Back of IT. Last but Not least: Try the lovely bakery/patissery 20 Meters auch was in the Street of "17 martyrs"..."

"The location is beautiful, right by the lake and there is BBQ, garden, all cooking utensils etc! Probably need 2 more drinking mugs and we can’t find any ironing facilities! The shower room needs a shelf or cupboard to put things on but all in all, we are very happy and thank you for letting us stay! "

"This is a true lakeside experience! The boathouse is beautifully decorated with every detail thought out. The breakfast was lovely and the view is unmatched. The only negatives are that there is no AC but this is compensated by windows that let in a fabulous breeze from all 4 sides. This does allow the mosquitoes in but that's life on a quiet lake. Do stay here and swim or kayak on one of the nicest lakes in Italy. Highly recommended."

"The pictures don't do it justice. This is a fully equipped large Villa with fantastic views of the lake. We had 10 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. We each had our own ensuite bath. The Villa is walking distance to some great restaurants and plenty of activities. The large pool was a big plus...I swam every day. I highly recommend this property"
