"Great views of lakes and mountains around Lake Orta. Location of villa 200m from Pettenasco railway station was helpful, as we were able to visit Milan by train. House Manager was first class."

"The house had everything needed for a family holiday, and the pool was great for both adults and children."

"It was a great Location and a very friendly host. We had wonderful days at the Lago Maggiore."

"For our stay in Italy, we chose this location. We could not have been happier. The location is quiet and a great Basecamp to visit the area. The host was extremely helpful and we felt at home for our 10 day stay."

"We had an excellent stay at the villa. Maria was a very good communicator, very responsive at check-in, and helpful whenever we needed assistance/guidance. Our family loved staying here. "

"Very nice and comfortable house, with full airco, beautiful view and nice pool. Owners are lovely, kind and helpful. Ample things to do and see, with nice restaurants in Agliano"

"This is a true lakeside experience! The boathouse is beautifully decorated with every detail thought out. The breakfast was lovely and the view is unmatched. The only negatives are that there is no AC but this is compensated by windows that let in a fabulous breeze from all 4 sides. This does allow the mosquitoes in but that's life on a quiet lake. Do stay here and swim or kayak on one of the nicest lakes in Italy. Highly recommended."

"We loved our stay, Host was absolutely amazing and helped us a lot with local activities and knowledge. The property was grand, with picturesque location. Great plce to stay with large family or group of friends. Fire place, BBQ or grill by the pool."

"We’re a group of 14 people who stayed in the three apartments. The accommodation was comfortable and the central apartment served as a common dining area for all of us with a large dining table and good kitchen. The hosts are super helpful and the small stores and bars in the neighborhood were quaint and very friendly. "

"We stayed at La Martina one week. Two families, 9 people. The Villa is modernly renovated while keeping its authentic appeal. Perfect for 2-3 families. Rooms and bathrooms all renovated. The outdoor kitchen was amazing and we spent there all evenings. Cristina was helpful in everything including the dinner she arranged for us and for our guests. Not to mention the great tomatoes her father gave us from their organic garden. It is the perfect place for anyone visiting Piedmont."

"Great host and neighbors! Cozy home with many things for the baby and kids. Very convenient location! We came in late fall when the weather wasn’t as predictable but we were able to see gorgeous views - both of the Lake and Mountains. We loved Zermatt, Stresa, Our Lady of the Rock in Locarno, and a boat ride to the Borromeo Islands. Parking in the garage was quite difficult for us Americans but there is street parking available. "

"Lovely location, lovely property and beautifully presented. The owners Clay and Erica could not have been more friendly and helpful. Very much hope to come back again."

"Wonderful "

"We came to experience the food and wine of the region. The house and hosts were amazing! The location is great for quick trips to Barolo, Barbaresco and Alba. The house is better than the pictures show. There is every possible kitchen tool for the foodie's in our group. The rooms are large and having ensuites in ever room was a plus. Clay and Erika were so helpful with booking suggestions and dinning suggestions and they responded to messages within minutes. The views are postcard worthy. ...

"Beautiful, very comfortable, nice design, praticial vacation countryside home. Air conditioner is very appreciated too. Surrounding is very calm and beautiful just next to a quiet farm. Host is paying attention to welcoming details like fresh mineral and sparkling water in the fridge, breakfast, mini shower gel and shampoo. Marvelous attentions, thanks !Everything was perfect except arrival procedure, with not enough location precisions for a hard-to-find place and nobody waiting for us at the...
