"I liked very much the facilities cleanliness, but overall the staff attention was kind and made my stay comfortable. I stayed with my dog (2nd floor is designated for pets) and the room was comfortable with very good AC, despite the high heat peak in Veracruz during my visit I enjoyed the room , teh resataurant, and the ppol very much. I highly recommend this Hotel for stay with children and pet owners."

"Staff at the lobby was not very friendly, specially at check-in. The guy asked me if I wanted to call the bank when he was using the wrong payment terminal. Also, I had to find the parking lot myself as no one really was available at the main entrance to receive the car and help with the bags. Will look for other options next time."
