The pictures are extremely deceiving. The Hotel is in a complete maintenance disarray. We spent technically two minutes in a hotel before we checked out and find another place. This is not a Hotel word for Expedia to be advertised because the condition is just deplorable.

We had our reservation yet had to fill out a paper application?! Our room was so loud - difficult to sleep. The bed was so darn hard!! There were so many mosquitoes in our room.

Stayed the night to catch an early flight. Luckily I didn’t take my luggage down because I woke up full of bed bug bites all over my back, face and arms. Horrible experience. Rooms should be clean and never had I had this experience at another hotel.

Front desk staff was rude because I didn’t speak Spanish well. Room and bed linens were dirty and there was a person who stood outside my door screaming on the phone for an hour.

The place is dirty. The room smelled horribly. Needless to say that we checked out within 15 minutes of going into the room. They didn’t even bother to ask why we were leaving the room or if they could do anything to make our stay better. And of course no refund but losing my money was better than staying in a smelly and dirty room

La habitación estaba limpia. El aire hacia demasiado ruido, la regadera casi no le salia agua y no habia agua caliente. Solo vi una sola persona en recepción y no tenia servicio en el restaurante. El colchon algo duro, para la emergencia estuvo aceptable, pq se cancelaron vuelos

La regadera tenía sarro no había agua caliente en la regadera solo en el lavamanos la cama estaba muy dura no nos dieron la clave del WiFi no puedes ver la televisión solo noticias y cuando en ese canal seguía algún otro programa se ponía seguro de padres las señoritas a cambio de ayudar a una huésped con lo del agua caliente se decían esa señora no tienen nada que hacer más que venir a preguntar si hay agua caliente muy mala experiencia me lleve
