  • Welcome to this charming house in Ventura. This beautiful property boasts 4 bedrooms, including a king bed, 2 full beds, a bunk bed, and a twin bed. With 2.5 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and modern amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine. Relax by the pool or enjoy our above ground spa in the patio Over looking our fun putting green. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

    **Please be aware pool is not heated due to large size, however you can enjoy the above ground spa that is maintained at 104°F year round!

We had a great stay here! Nelly was a fantastic host, we had everything we needed and the place was very clean with fun amenities!our family of 6 had plenty of room (and then some!) Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our Family of 5!

We have three children, ages 16, 13, and 9. It’s hard to find a place where everyone is comfortable and happy and has their own space, but Nelly’s home was PERFECT!The layout is nice, the neighborhood is quiet, and my golf loving son had a blast with the putting green. Everything was clean, the laundry room made packing easier, and it was nice having a driveway to park in. Our only complaint was that it was too chilly to enjoy the pool, but we’d love to come back during warmer weather to enjoy the whole back yard.

This house is amazing! We got two families together at this place. 4 Adults and 6 kids. They had a blast with the putting green and swam a bit. There is enough space to spread out with two living rooms. The place is close enough to zip down to the beach. We ate outside every meal we were home.

Every year, we have a siblings retreat since we all live in different cities. This year we chose to meet in Ventura. While the location of this home was a bit farther away from town than we expected, we loved the quiet, comfortable neighborhood. Parking was so convenient which is very important as you age! The house itself was extremely clean and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, all of the bedrooms were upstairs and one of our party is wheelchair bound so we had to set him up on a sofa downstairs so that’s a piece of information that would have been helpful but that’s on us, not the host! Overall, we had a beautiful couple of days and truly enjoyed our stay. We felt very welcomed and at-home! A suggestion for the hosts…it would be wonderful if you could update your cookware a bit! The beauty of renting a home is the ability to prepare and enjoy family meals and it’s so much easier with nicer cookware!
