We've stayed here a few times and the owner is nice and and very helpful in any way. The price was cheaper then some of the other hotels . We would stay here again.

Very friendly and very clean! Super easy parking. Low price and definitely very nice! I will stay again. Good almost halfway stop when going from norcal to socal and you just want to stop and sleep prior to entering into Los Angeles. My final destination was Corona. Ventura was the perfect place to sleep. Namaste

There’s no phone in the room. You can hear every step in the rooms around and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pipes from other guest’s showers were so loud I had to turn up tv to hear. The employees were very nice though.

The staff is outstanding! The rooms however are fairly dumpy and old, for the amount of money per stay. However, this is quite typical in Ventura; I have stayed so many different places for work.

This is a little Gem of a place the staff are extremely friendly and you will want to stay here again. Located close to shopping Mall and grocery stores. They have a variety of options and was provide you with accommodations even if though the third party website was mistaken about the availability. True professional and extremely welcoming. And what they are doing for the local community is leaps and bounds ahead of what corporate America is pretending. Your money is going to the right people when you stay here. I can't say enough about how I feel about my stay there. They're A-1.

It was safe and affordable. I just needed a place to sleep. I stayed another hotel by seaward Ave in ventura the night before. It was so noisy that i didn't get a good sleep

The motel is old but the owner is the kindest most genuine soul. There is a lot of foot traffic just for informational purposes. The rooms are clean.

Carefree Comfort!!!

My Room was exceptionally clean, the bed felt great, microwave & fridge.... Thats all i need to be content. Checking in was quick & easy, to the point. One more thing that I must add, Management is A One of a kind Guy, seems very knowledgeable, soft spoken, professional. Overall,,, Great experience, definitely 5⭐ on a 2⭐ budget.

The windows had no screens so large mosquitoes were getting in. We had to keep the windows closed making it stuffy in the room. The bathroom had a lot of rust stains and dirty walls. The beds were comfortable. Some furniture was broken. Not top notch but okay for a one night stay.
